As former President of the Philadelphia NAACP Youth Council and former Vice-President of the Pennsylvania State NAACP Youth Council, Coker built a foundation in grassroots organizing, youth mentorship, and statewide policy advocacy that directly impacted hundreds of young people across Pennsylvania. He channels that same community-first energy into his entrepreneurial ventures, serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Black Men In Fashion and The Cultural Lens — platforms dedicated to celebrating Black culture while creating real economic opportunity. Coker's rare blend of civic leadership and digital innovation makes him a bridge between tradition and technology, ensuring that Black Men In Fashion is not just a brand, but a movement with infrastructure behind it.

Duchess Arrita Robinson is a Philadelphia-born digital marketing strategist, visual artist, and entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce. With a BFA from Moore College of Art & Design, a master's in digital marketing from Full Sail University, and a combined social media following of over 1.1 million across her portfolio of brands, Duchess brings an unmatched depth of cultural intelligence to Black Men In Fashion. As co-founder, she leads the brand's digital strategy, content vision, and community presence—ensuring that every piece of content created honors the complexity, excellence, and style of the modern Black man.
