Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction. At Black Men In Fashion, we stand behind every product we offer through our direct shop. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully so you understand your options.

Direct Shop Purchases

Eligibility for Returns: Items purchased directly through blackmeninfashions.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads, including our investment guides
  • Downloadable content and subscriptions
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Opened grooming or personal care products for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@blackmeninfashions.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from our team.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Contact us at hello@blackmeninfashions.com within 7 days of receiving a damaged order.

Affiliate & Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased through affiliate links on our site are fulfilled by third-party retailers. Returns and refunds for these purchases are governed entirely by the retailer’s own return policy. We encourage you to review the return policy of any retailer before completing a purchase. Black Men In Fashion is not responsible for and cannot process returns for items purchased through affiliate links.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@blackmeninfashions.com.
