Overview: This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased directly through the Black Men In Fashion shop at blackmeninfashions.com. For products purchased through affiliate links, shipping is handled entirely by the third-party retailer.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Domestic Shipping—United States
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5 to 8 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over a minimum purchase threshold as noted at checkout.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our direct shop. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. International customers are welcome to purchase through our affiliate partner retailers, who may offer international delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Black Men In Fashion is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and damaged item immediately and contact us at hello@blackmeninfashions.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Black Men In Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at hello@blackmeninfashions.com, and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
